Knocked Down Post Is Left Knocked On Council's Land For Weeks - Luxford Road, North Mount Druitt!

Just outside the Seven-Eleven service station at Luxford Road, North Mount Druitt, there is a post that has been left there for weeks, not attended too by Blacktown City Council Officers.

I do not understand how Council Officers driving past this place has totally ignored it as it is posing a nuisance and interference to pedestrians that use that path way. It appears that there was an accident and it has uprooted this metal/concrete post from under the grass, on the Council's side of the path way. 

I know it was there since about mid January, waiting for  it to be attended too by the relevant authorities - to date nothing has been done. It is leave it there - no one cares- until one day it will be done!
