If You Find Local KFC Stores Not Complying to Work Health and Safety - See This? - 2770 Watch Face Book Group!

There seems to be a great awareness of  Work Health and Safety issues at a couple local KFC Stores, as reported on 2770 Watch Face Book Group.

Whilst  the dining rooms of these stores are generally kept clean, as customers are served and eat there, the work environment also must be maintained with a high level of cleanliness and hygienic. Any obstacles,  must be removed from walk ways/floors  to prevent possible accidents in the workplace, under the Work Health and Safety Act of 2010 and Regulation 2011.

The right picture is from KFC Mount Druitt.
The 2770 Watch Face Book got together and suggested to lodge a complaint on the KFC website: KFC Customer Service Website
The response was a comment from them below:

And here is the KFC Emerton store

What the community needs is action and response from Blacktown City Council Health Officers in all KFC stores in Mount Druitt area's, if need to refer to the Work Health and Safety Regular, they may need to investigate these issues, so that there is no harm to workers. Maybe our State Member for Mount Druitt, Blacktown City Councilors and Officers will work together, so we have an improved community, in relation to KFC Workplaces!

Once we receive a response, from any authorities, we will get back to our community!

Mount Druitt State Politics Is Up And Running - No Funding for Mount Druitt Police Station - Mount Druitt-St Marys Standard

It's funny I was going to publish a blog stating that our newly elected State Member of Mount Druitt has been in the Honeymoon period, settling down at his electoral office in Westfield Mount Druitt and also learning to be a strong opposition back-bencher.

One thing I must say about Hon. Edmond Attala, State Member of Mount Druitt, he is extremely articulate and well educated with local knowledge relating to State matters. Transitioning from the Local Council to State Government is a big step and dealing with different issues and plans for the future, is going to be an exciting road for him to take. There will be decisions he will have to make that is right for the electorate support along party lines or with the 'Government of the day'.

So we come to the issue of stating that the 'Government of the day' has no funding promised for the new Mount Druitt Police Station, in the first budget. Although this may be true, the 'NSW Baird Liberal Government' has 3 years and 8 months to have this completed. Time permitting, if not completed in this time, then the promise is broken. I suspect that it would take a year or so to construct, so time is with the current government. It is good that Mr. Atalla remembers the promises made prior to last State Election.

We all want to see a new Super Police Station in Mount Druitt, I'm sure it will happen!

Promotional Video: Ron From Whalan - 'Why I Love Mount Druitt?'

Ron from Whalan is heading on an idea I was thinking of but has grabbed onto: filming people saying why they love Mount Druitt and also he is explaining why he loves Mount Druitt as well as his wife, Minda.

This is telling SBS and Struggle Street Producers that they have not directed their filming camera in  the right areas of Mount Druitt!

For Mount Druitt Residents, Surrounding Suburbs And Even NSW 'Make Health Normal'

So most of us enjoy life by eating well or sometimes (like in my case) eating too well. This can create unhealthy habits and possibly
Last week I rode a bicycle at Westfield Parramatta, so see if I knew what types of food were good and/or bad for you, this is how I have picked up this health information, which am  providing information, if you want to follow through.

The NSW Government is offering advise to the community  members that need that advice information to be healthier and live life longer.

Answer To Mount Druitt Community Advocate/Representative on NRL Footy Show Last Night!

It appears, no one wanted to answer this question, when raised the other day. Maybe people didn't answer as thy couldn't guess the answer or know the answer.

I just don't know how much clues I could have given the community, although some community members knew as I did 'let the cat out of the bag'.  Well alright, the answer was me!

I was eating marsh mellows - had my 10 second of fame! The segment was with Beau Ryan called, 'Beau's Knows'!. At work had one autograph requested and plenty of discussion about it. That's about

Mount Druitt Train Station Concourse, Walkway and Steps Get Upgrade - Missed Overpass Walkway!

Recently Mount Druitt train commuters have been noticing the upgrade provided on the floor of the train station concourse, walk ways and steps. New grey tiles been placed.

The grey anti slip tiles are terrific and really start to make Mount Druitt train station uplift and look modern. The only issue is why would they stop just outside the concourse and not complete the job on the northern end to the top of escalators and steps landing to the bus stands? Maybe the new member for Mount Druitt, Councillor Edmond Atalla, will seek questions and provide us with answers?.

Through this blog we will ask him for a response and he can report back to the community. See for yourself:

Misty Mount Druitt 2 Days Ago

We do have a lovely area in Mount Druitt and it can be so photographic on clear days and misty mornings, that you would not believe our place looks like that.

This is what I photographed 2 mornings ago. Send in photo's you have taken!

Mount Druitt Police Provide Heavy Fines To Mount Druitt Cyclist For Being 'Light Headed'!

People tell myself things, which I then catergorize into important, non-important and sometimes forget. I think that is actually being human! Then the thought process is (if I have multiple blogs to publish) plan, create, type, edit and publish. Sometimes it could take myself minutes to do a blog, sometimes half an hour and the odd time hours after. That's why some blogs are published late night to very early in the morning.

So, to let you know why I am leading you down this path is because I have met a male community member, mostly on his bicycle. Just a few weeks ago, he had an expensive trip on his bicycle, riding at night, which he wanted to inform the 'whyilovemountdruitt' community. He told of this true event a few weeks ago, I forgot!

Here it is: he was fined $200 for not having an actual
Image result for bicycle lightsheadlight, not having a tail light and not wearing a helmet while riding. In total $600.00 in one night, so this indicates that Mount Druitt patrolling police are making sure cyclists are obeying the rules as well as any other motorists and community members. The two funny things that occur to me from this is tonight I met him again. Guess what? If I was an authorised Police Officer, he would have been fined for the 3 same identical reason, secondly he is a car mechanic and it may have only costed him all up $50.00 to purchase those items and then attach the lights!

What I say is, 'When will people learn?' he is aware that he needs to attend to it and even promised myself he would. That would be up to next time I see him. So the lesson is: don't be lazy and not ride a bicycle without all fittings on Bicycle and your own head!

NSW Police are only doing their job and making the community a safer place to live in. Be aware if you are a local cyclist and you are not adhering to rules, you could be next.

The male community member, wouldn't mind if I called him, 'Light Headed!'
