Westfield Face Book Page has brought a customer's frustration to my notice and I need to bring this out to the community's notice, especially when Westfield Mount Druitt have not responded since 14th March 2016.Here it is:
It would be helpful if westfield could update their page when access to roof parking not available ie lift & travelator. Will be helpful to disabled people and people needing to move trollies & prams.
I think it is too hard to respond as it may be difficult for them to update these details on their page. To me it is a quick one minutes post!
