Strong Advocate For Mount Druitt 'Uncle Greg' - I Met At Dawson Mall, Mount Druitt!

Local identity Uncle Greg, I met the other day and  its funny when you bump into each other, sometimes you know who it is but you don't! Until you rattle your brain and the memory comes back.

Uncle Greg can tell you about local aboriginal history and how we need to preserve the goodness of our Mount Druitt community. He is on the Mount Druitt Reconciliation Committee and assists many organisations and local communities with his knowledge and support. He made myself  'laugh' when he said that he will be 67 years in 67 days.

Not many people do count how many days until their birthday, maybe I'll start doing that!

Uncle Greg is in a strong way, a great advocate not just representing the local aboriginals but for the local people within Mount Druitt itself.  Maybe, if Struggle Street would have approached him last year, they would have had a better understanding of the area!
