Here we are we have gone from Customer Service Representative Endeavour Energy to Community Advocate Representative- couldn't answer my last question and now referred to a Consumer Resolution Provider, to find out why 10 weeks to update the sagging power lines and leaning light post.
It appears that 'They are too busy' to attend this health and safety issue for the community now. The poles are sound mind to leave electricity poles sagging, so if a further storm comes now, 'Don't worry be happy, it will be done eventually', according to Endeavour Energy!

Hi Mr Svoboda,
A crew attended this site on 25th
February to once again assess the safety of the site. The crew has
stated that the poles are sound and are safe until the replacement date
of the 31st of March. Whilst there the crew temporarily raised the L.V ABC mains to give more clearance.
Unfortunately the 31st of March is the earliest possible date available to complete this job.
Kind regards,
Jessica Hall

And here is my response to them:
Why wasn't it inspected on 15th January one day after storm - why wait 41 days?
There was a truck on 14th on Meacher Street (Outside this park)- why wasn't it inspected then?
Is this how your company runs to get a community back on it's feet? If it was outside the Premiers office, you would have inspected and done job straight away!
There are a lot of questions to be raised to be referred to WHS Inspectors now!
