From community leaders may arise local city Councillors, members of  both upper and lower houses of State and Federal governments. The ideal community leader looks for positive changes to benefit the community and then there is leadership that provides a supporting role for the community. A good leader will become more educated as they speak to different people everyday, discovering new things.

Firstly, people talking to community leaders will be providing opinions, until everyone is talking and agreeing to the same point of view. The other thing is to search details provided  from the public opinion, which helps you to create the facts and find the truth. That will give them the platform to stand up for the community, dealing with relevant authorities and getting great positive result, no matter how small or big the issue is.

The  best community leaders are the ones that the people from the community come to and tell what they need, asking for that little assistance to support their ideas. The more chance people talk to you, the more chance you can bring that positive idea to a positive real community improvement. Your payment as a leader, would be self-satisfaction, see that "community pride"  spread with your community.

Some community leaders have open invitational community meetings, so that they can do their job. Some other community leaders talk to individuals, search information where needed and use all various forms of social media available on the internet, to get their message across: website, face book and twitter for example and other new ones as the future comes.

"Community Leaders are born within the community not bred!"
