Editors Notes: I now think Tania deserves to receive at least $100 voucher for  respect of making decisions to assist a  major business in our Mount Druitt area. This would be a small recognition but worth it!

Westfield Mount Druitt Responds To Cycle Racks Published Post!

Well, well, well after hundreds of published posts - each post emailed to Westfield Mount Druitt, we have  a finally response. Which is good news. If  it means they don't respond, it could mean they don't care, pending their response it means firstly, they are interested and  possibly wanting to listen to the community.

So in relation to requested to Cycle Racks requested at Westfield Mount Druitt Click here for details, this is their positive response:

Westfield Mt Druitt Hi Jean-Francois, aside from the Cycle Racks located on Dawson Mall, there are possible opportunities to plan for more. There are a few elements we need to consider to ensure the safety of cyclist and pedestrian egress within the car park. We thank for your raising this, and hope to provide an update in due course.

Jean-Francois Svoboda That is good to get positive feed back - you could look at Bicycle Lockers - like NSW Transport has! Where exactly are the cycle racks in Dawson Mall in the Westfield area - I think there's one near the taxi stand? You could look at shared pathways with pedestrians from Luxford Road, North Parade and Carlisle Avenue and ample signage to major entrances to be seen!

Westfield Mount Druitt Request That They Update Their Face Book Page When Access To Roof Not Accessible!

Westfield Face Book Page has brought a customer's frustration to my notice and I need to bring this out to the community's notice, especially when Westfield Mount Druitt have not responded since 14th March 2016.

Here it is:
It would be helpful if westfield could update their page when access to roof parking not available ie lift & travelator. Will be helpful to disabled people and people needing to move trollies & prams.

I think it is too hard to respond as it may be difficult for them to update these details on their page. To me it is a quick one minutes post!

Westfields Surprise Promotions Can Be Good - Westfield Mount Druitt Face Book Group!

There are a times I give credit to where it is due and admit the young lady at the concierge at Westfield Mount Druitt made my jaw drop as I was overwhelmed with what she had offered to us. I have been at a few Westfield concierges and this young lady was a shining star and does deserve a credit!


Yesterday, both my wife and myself were purchasing $100 plus gift card and was straight away offered 2 Hoyts movie tickets to be used within six months. It is a promotion that they are advertising on their Face Book Group! She was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Actually I shook her hands as I thanked her for her great customer service!

Westfield Face Book Comment Feed Back On Informing Community On Their Face Book Group!

So Westfield Mount Druitt have responded in their diplomatic way by evading that they have to inform community on their Face Book Group Social Media of issues with last months storms issue and what are they prepared to do in future to  fix the situation, so I have asked further questions and to date, no response!

Westfield Mount Druitt Face Book Group Has No Information On Storm Damages of 14/1/2016

I have placed a post on Westfield Mount Druitt Face Book Group asking them why they have not used this social media to explain to the community about damages by storm in Mount Druitt and what precautions, preventative measures have been undertaken to ensure health and safety of local shoppers.

They seem to promote items for sale on 14-15th January 2016 but not one word provide to the community using this high tech way of communicating. If there is any response from them, we will let you know!
