Update and response from NSW Environmental Protection Authority from dumping illegal industrial wastes has been given a report number (Ref No C04280-2016).
From there, it was referred to the relevant operations area. Then I was informed that "The action will be decided by the EPA Waste Unit. It may end up being
referred to the Blacktown Council depending on the size of the dump and
whether there is any evidence to connect it to a serial offender."
So will wait for a response from Blacktown City Council officers, to get back to us.
