Just discovered this blog. Great initiative! Re commuters group- Hope fare incentives are discussed. With news of M4 tolls returning (up to $4.22 each way), more residents may consider bus/train however what's the incentive for e.g full fare Willmot resident catching bus and train to city cost almost $20 ea day. If they work full time that's a big chunk of someone's wages and no one wants to pay more for a trip that will take longer.
