Most commuters know how to use the Opal electronic ticketing machines and even know that an Opal Card needs to be used to "Tap On" and "Tap Off".  Some people get confused with the Opal Card process, but not as confused with one lady from Mount Druitt that had purchased a 'Paper ticket' and tried to "Tap On" and then "Tap Off" on the Opal electronic ticketing machines on a bus, yet it had not registered after many attempts.
