There were some strong winds that went through Mount Druitt and made parts of the tall 'Rashay's Restaurant' sign fall. 
Immediately, Westfield Mount Druitt Management called the security guards and cordoned off the area with tape. They were there to protect the community from entering the restricted area, for community heal and safety reasons.
I believe warm congratulations need to be provided the Westfield Mount Druitt Management and also employee, who have reacted quite quickly to when the incident occured.
