The amazing thing that is interesting with the Blacktown City
Council Garden Competition, is you don't have to be a gardener. That is strange. I personally thought you would have had to have an established garden and maybe you do.
Maybe, being involved as part of a community and/or school garden, might be the way as well. Anyway, check the video before and click here for competition details
