The Mayor of Blacktown City, Stephen Bali, has extended condolences to the Cadman family, following the death of their son Julian; killed in the Barcelona terrorist attack.
“The tragic terrorist attack in Barcelona has directly touched Blacktown City with the death of local resident Julian Cadman, who attended St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School in Lalor Park,” Mayor Bali said.
“Julian's mother, Jumarie is in hospital suffering from the serious injuries she had sustained in the senseless attack.
“Our prayers and thoughts are with Andrew, the father, and the family as they go through this harrowing time.
“Julian, you were a much loved member of our local community whose life was tragically cut short, may you Rest in Peace.”
