Mount Druitt Trains Stations Lifts Getting Upgrade

I noticed that a couple of the lifts were being barricaded from commuters and thought this is strange as maybe they will be out for a couple weeks, at Mount Druitt train station.

After speaking to a Sydney trains spokesperson at Mount Druitt Train, I was notified that the lifts are up for upgrade for the next 2-3 days and  this is to reduce maintenance break downs times in the future. Apparently Sydney Trains Management, requires it to be done straight away. They will be back in operation as soon as possible.
