New! Idea For Safer Community At Mount Druitt Hub - Tregear Community Member!

A male community member from Tregear has come up with a brilliant idea to make the community safer. It is so brilliant that all stake holders should grasp the idea in their hands run off and get the plans going, as it is worth mentioning.

The issue is that when there are serious safety incidents within the Dawson Mall o R Mount Druitt Town Square area, Westfield Mount Druitt or Westfield Train Station that may require Police to provide safety to the community. Response time from Mount Druitt Police could be minutes by car, yet if the NSW Government have a small police unit at Westfield Mount Druitt, with a minimum 6 of police officers stationed there, the response time may be much quicker.

What a superb idea. Westfield security guards can try to keep the peace and ask community members disturbing the peace  to move away, then the Police would be called. By the time the Mount Druitt Local area command dispatch a squad car to the scene, the Police Stationed in Westfield Mount Druitt could actually provide a quicker response time to resolve the situation. Better response times means better safer communities!

The stationed Police at Westfield could also do more foot patrols in the area, so that the community can see they are well protected.

Let us hope that all stake holders take this up as a great initiative so that it can be implemented in the future, for a safe Mount Druitt community.
