Most days I walk around Mount Druitt and a majority of people have the words: doom, gloom no one cares and they hardly smile, written on their face. So why do people feel like this? Only they know!
Maybe, if they are wearing earpieces the music is sad, maybe the home front is is not a happy environment. Maybe, not enough study has been done, next test to be done, not ready for exam, not enough hours of work to pay bills. Maybe, they are thinking of the challenges ahead for the day and the solutions brought forward. Maybe other personal issues have arisen and looking to problem solve them. Maybe thinking of what to buy or not to buy or many other reasons! All these can cause mental strain but then again it is quietly thinking things out in our brain and that is nothing wrong in doing this as long as it doesn't go into information overload.
Myself, I do walk around about 80% of the time with at a smile on my face or at least feeling happy. The reason is every day is a new day, new challenges will arrive, new decisions will have to be met, new goals will be set, new results will occur, achievements reached and left decisions for another day. That is nothing wrong that!
Once I find a great idea which is thinking of improvements for others and also for myself, out pours out ideas on how to prepare blogs, headings/titles, any pictures to be used, careful wording used, start of blog and ending, publishing and how will the community perceive the blog and also will stake holders take action?
So what makes Mount Druitt people happy?
Self confidence, making decisions freely and positively, a good sleep, trust in others around you - a feeling of helping others, making others feel like winners, 'Hello' to people you don't know and have a more positive outlooks on life, even when feeling down.
I believe the more you are happy the more others will be happy!
