I wasn't able to make it to the last meeting due to personal issues that had come up. I have offered my humble support this terrific local community group and ask that if any community members wish to contact the group, attend meeting and be an active voice or representative, this is a group to join. Especially if you want to see any public transport changes within our Mount Druitt community.
It is such an important group that in relation to the recent NSW State Elections held in March, major state party candidates from both Mount Druitt and Londonderry, took such great interest and all of were so passionate that 2 candidates were elected into State Parliament and 1 has not only joined the group, been elected President. As a former President of the group it proved that the group was not owned by myself, as previously stated by one former member of the group, it is owned by the people of Mount Druitt.
