Whilst we are trying to establish who is liable to upgrade a degraded and eroded soiled, man made foot path, maybe to resolve the issue maps on SIX Maps*
Supplied by the NSW Land & Property Information providing a clear picture of land and its landmarks within NSW.

Below is the boundaries of Westfield om sixmaps, marked in 'light green, is the actual property of Westfield Mount Druitt, yet the red boundary is as far as it goes. It then is owned by Local or State Government, my guess is Local Government. This is in the corner of Kelly Close and Luxford Road, Mount Druitt

We will now see how much time it might take to get the original man-made foot path constructed into a concrete footpath, leading up the road past Buran Close reaching Mount Druitt Town Square.

The green shaded area is owned by Westfield, Mount Druitt and the pictures come out so clear. I should have done something similar before. It is amazing to think how big the lad mass area of Westfield Mount Druitt. For future expansion, I'm always waiting for Level 2 & 3  to be added on at Westfield Mount Druitt, yet I think it will be within the next 10 years before this is completed.
