Here are the Bus issues that the commuters of Mount Druitt are still facing:
1) Limited bus services 674 - West of Whalan - before was a frequent looping service along Gasmatta Crescent, Whalan - removed By NSW Labor!
2) 755 bus service - Looping to Shalvey (via Whalan, Emerton, Blackett), Plumpton Shops, Dean Park and then onto Blacktown - -removed by NSW Labor! 3 bus services to replace it!
3) 761-762 bus service Bidwill via Blackett. 762 bus service removed by NSW Labor - 761 part time service - no Sundays service - eight bus stops reduced to four.
People will not forget! The NSW current government has not provide further services as yet. Maybe with the State election due around the corner the NSW Government may provide the peorryple of Mount Druitt with a gift of am mending the above mentioned service, to their original services.
I must say, Mr Richard Amery, current Member for Mount Druitt, in opposition has been trying to do his best to render what happened in late 2009.
I doubt if Mr. Edmond Atalla and M/s Pru Car, respective Labor candidates of Mount Druitt and Londonderry State seats, catch buses within Mount Druitt!
Pru Car lives in Emu Plains how can she represent part of Mount Druitt! Edmond Atalla, I have never seen catching buses or trains - have you? Does Mr Edmond Atalla travel to and from Council Meetings by train or car? Will they remember when the then NSW Labor Government removed 3 vital bus services from within Mount Druitt and left Labor voters disheartened, infact all commuters disheartened!
People are till talking about this!
