In our local shopping complex,Westfield Mount Druitt it is complex for their health and safety look inspections to overlook important issues that may present itself as a public liability, where trips/accidents could occur. Dawson Mall, Westfield Mount Druitt shows an exposed concrete  slab that has been there for months on end just waiting for an accident to possibly happen! We hope that Blacktown City Council take action against Westfield Mount, as this needs to be addressed immediately.
