'A Notice Not To Occur Again' issued to Mount Druitt Asian Seafood And Butcher Shop!

In the last few months we have referred to Blacktown City Council on numerous occasions, photographic evidence of water seepage from waste water into Dawson Mall, Mount Druitt.

We have another response from a Council Officer, they appreciate our community awareness to make improvements, within Mount Druitt. Personally I don't want the this busines to close down (although it is situated in a place that I wouldn't accept), just want to see compliance being ensured to all bi-laws that protect the  community, who do not to walk in this water or even smell the  stench that may come from this waste water.

Here's the Council Offcers e-mail response received today:

Hi John,

Thank you for your email and notification of this incident.

Please be advised, I have issued the shop a Notice to ensure that this does not occur again.

Should you identify waste water discharging from the premises, please contact me so that I can investigate and enforce the terms of the Notice.
