Lifts At Mount Druitt Not Working Since 27th January 2019....where are the maintenance Crew?

It was surprising to learn yesterday that Both the North & South lifts at Mount Druitt Train Station have not been in operation since last Frisay.

As advised, by a NSW Transport spokesperson both lifts are due to be working again on this Monday. Maintenance crew will starting on job today. I'm sorry but as a commuter that pays rising fares each year, I would expect maintenance crews on lifts immediately, as it is important for commuters needing this service to use the Syney Trains.

The escalators leading to Mount Druitt train on North Parade apparently, they were left out of service for weeks and has now been fixed. Are maintenance crews coming late to Mount Druitt because of political issues or bad management decisions?

We pay premium Opal fares, why don't we get premium maintenance service.

I have reported this to 131500.
