Editors notes:  My thoughts are compared that over the last 20-30 years different NSW Governments have been purchasing new carriages to replace the old carriages. Who remembers the old 'Red Rattlers'? So yes there has been remarkable improvements but by the time we re[lace them, thirty years later they need replacing!
