To me, it is important to know what exactly our Local Council is spending our rate paying funds on. If we don't know there are 'Chinese Whispers' floating around and when it comes to Council election there is lost faith in current candidates. So, this is a very important median to explaining where areas are having improvements being spent on and the total costs incurred.
If I were you, I wouldn't take this lightly, take interest and understand how the money is spent. Even go to that sight and check to see if that project has been worked on or in progress of completion. Let us know if this report is correct.
