NSW IPART's Draft Review On Local Councils Rates

NSW IPART ( Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal) are reviewing Pricing for  Local Council Rates and have  provided a draft on their proposal.

I would mind feedback from current Councillors and current running candidates on their comments and feed back.

I can only see one direct negative for pensioner concession scheme changed to a  rate deferral scheme. I personally think if you have paying full rates for  20 - 25 years and your are  retired, you should be  provided with a discounted rate to match your new income.
