This should be a natural thing for everyone to do. In fact, it should at home first and carried on in the public streets.
Really, I think Blacktown City Council, its newly elected Councillors and its Officers should promote these advertisements in public parks where there similar bins installed and review them to ensure the signs are kept and well maintained. This is so simple messages gets across the community and the message is properly received and implemented. This could also be displayed on bins in streets and public sporting venues.
Furthermore, when community events occur at Bowman Hall, other community halls and at 'The Rooty Hill', advertising can occur on TV large screens and also around around walls/bins around or inside halls.
Even promotion of this on bins on at Bus Interchanges in Mount Druitt and Blacktown as well as bins in other Train Stations within our Local Government Area.
