Final Blacktown City Council Election Results - Lester Pasley - Mount Druitt Commuters Improvement Group Inc.

I have received an email from Lester Pasley, Secretary of the  mount Druitt Commuters Improvement Group Inc, who has informed us of the final election results for Blacktown City Council Election;

The final results for the Blacktown Council elections of 10th September 2016 have been declared tonight. The Councillors elected in order of election are:

The new Council has 10 ALP and 5 Liberal Councillors with no independents. Congratulations to the new Councillors on your election and commiserations to Councillors. Walter Smith, Russ Dickens and Jacqueline Donaldson who were not re-elected.

The first meeting of the new Council is on Wednesday 28th September at 6.30 pm where a new Mayor will be chosen by Councillors. This meeting is open to the public and is a good opportunity to meet the new Councillors.
