Just over a month ago I reported on 'Vinnie Vans' helping the poor, needy and underprivileged people in Mount Druitt with coffee, tea, blankets and the basic essentials to assist people live their life better.
I understand that although they will be there 364 days per year, in wet and raining weather they cannot make it. Maybe Blacktown City City Council/NSW State Government could provide a shed to cover vehicles and people in that spot! Just a suggestion!
