Mount Druitt Smoke Free Areas Increasing Will Authorities Comply And Organise Regular Inspections?

As time comes, Mount Druitt and most public areas within our NSW is progressing to have more Smoke Free areas expanded under the NSW Health Smoke Free Environment Act.

This is the long run will promotes a healthier lifestyle for community members as well as a savings base, if more people up smoking.

As form 6th July 2015, the new NSW Health Smoke Free Laws has now been introduced to commercial outside dining areas. This will also include Blacktown City Council  Community Festivals stalls, especially in Dawson Mall.

Is i   Main costs for Smokers are:

On the spot fines of $300 may apply to individuals

who smoke in a commercial outdoor dining area from

6 July 2015. Penalties of up to $5,500 may apply to

business owners if a person is found to be smoking in

a commercial outdoor dining area.
