Woolworths & Coles Mount Druitt, Shopping Trolleys Are Been Used And Dumped In Community Footpaths Dumping Grounds!

Why I love Mount Druitt is we have  a shop called Aldi's that charges a $2.00 hiring charge for using their trolley and you get it back, once returned to their store. This is great not only for them but the community we live in as less people will take this trolley and walk a long distance - empty out the contents and then dump the shopping trolley on the public footpaths or places where are no footpaths.

So with Woolworths and Coles Mount Druitt, these expensive shopping trolleys  have  no chrage for using them and thus people run away with these  trolleys and they do dump them on streets and the place is looking like a mess.  This is  where Blacktown Council need to dicusss with Westfield Mount Druitt, Coles and Woolworths Mount Druitt Management, ways so the community is not burdened with these trolley and for days on end left on theses streets.
If you look  in the background there are
more lying trolleys

The best solution is charge a  similar fee on their trolleys, or  have navigational devices that are placed on these trolleys and if these trolleys reach the outskirts of Westfield boundaries, it sets off an alarm until the trolley is  return into the shops and or Westfield, Woolworth or Coles officers collect their trolley back and the community is then left clean! I assume the trolley collectors run around the community ;picking up trolley but if an electrical device is placed on (as mentioned above), problem solved!

Furthermore Council could place fines to people caught taking trolleys out of  Shopping Center boundaries! Something has to be done!
