It is good that community members (home owners) organise fix up of retaining as quick as possible, so that the community gets back to its natural image. Here is the below picture showing how it has been fixed.
I must apologise to the community and to Blacktown City Council officers, where The wrong street was provide to them on the original blog. Instead of it being in Kaylyn Place, Mount Druitt it was at Glenroben Place, Mount Druitt.
Another problem solved!
