Like everything there is 'fors' and 'against' for this idea, yet when all weighed out, the 'fors' should have it. The 'againsts', in this idea is the use of more land, slight loss of car park spaces and may cost the owners more money to provide this infrastructure. The 'fors' for providing this infrastructure is most importantly and primarily health and safety for the consumers/ shoppers, who are entering or exiting the shopping centre. To me, the saving a life is cost worth spending on and is a gigantic 'Yes' for me.
Maybe, Westfield Mount could consider this type of options for future planning.
