Do our Parks And Reserves Need Bicycle Racks?

Interesting topic, isn"t it? We have Parks and Reserves in our Local Government Areas that do not have many community members using them and then we have major ones that our people in our community use for children's playing: exercising, walking, jogging and/running.

So, these community members may also cycle around and park their bicycles on poles by locking  and tying them up, (as happened in below picture).

Althouth, according to authorities it would be illegal  to do so and also look improper, it would be advidable to provide bicycle racks to prevent this from happening.

It may sound like a silly idea but I do think it may not be inf Council can combined cycling fitness with local Parks and Reserves to improving lives. This would be especially making sense if it is Nurrangingy Reserve where families come to picnic, play and rest.

This will also prevent this from happening:

And aren't there sheds and pavillions where the bikes can be stored safely if the people choose?
