Emerton Village Shopping Centre...... The Needed Change!

I have shopped at Emerton Shopping Village before and have found it 'The shopping Centre that is empty except for a newsagent, Woolworth's, Fruit and Vegetable Store, Bakery,  bottle Shop and Coffee shop. The only positive thing they have is ample parking, you are not fighting for car pork spots.

As I revisited the area yesterday, I was only encourage by 2 aspects with Emerton Village Shopping Centre: the new Emerton Shopping Village Logo and the that  parts of it have been freshly painted with black and grey, which can reflect they area.

There were aspects which I thought could have been improved: pot holes in roads,  bundled and grouped trolleys not removed away, littered rubbish, the dark freshly coloured paint (not bright), the empty shops inside the shopping complex and the neglect taken from the shopping complex on maintaining a great and good image of the shopping complex. The archway and roofs  needed always attention. There is an old former hardware store building/MacDonalds franchise that has been fully gratified and defaced as well.

I remember a butcher shop small business owner, who left this shopping complex a few years ago, found it hard to make business and have business needs met. When a butcher leaves a shopping centre complex, that is telling you something!
