The 5 New Laws Introduced This Year - News Local (Daily Telegraph)

Well, as we enter a new year, there are new laws being passed by our elected representatives from State and Federal Government that effect at least one of us. Laws we may have known about and laws you heard nothing about.

No matter what happens, it is legally law now. If you don't like it, you can be a community advocate or wait for the next  State/Federal election and swing your vote to another candidate if you voted your member in or even run as a candidate.

Should you not want to do that then accept the laws and we  move on, until there are changes agaian.

So who do these laws affect within our community, are the following: pensioners, online shoppers, superannuation members and home owners - strata properties.
