Rooty Hill Fireworks - Australia Day 26th January 2015 - Blacktown City Council

A traditional Australia Day Fireworks  display - open to the public - full entertainment provided by Blacktown City Council will commence as from 7am, 26th January 2015 and please note, that as this is a family event, it is completely a non-alcoholic event.

Amusements, stalls and entertainment, will be provided free to the community. This is tremendous that Blacktown City Council has provided this event free to the community.

What I love about this event is there is thirty to forty thousand people - from all over  Blacktown Local Government Area: sometimes I've caught up with people from Mount Druitt that I haven't seen before, enjoying the entertainment provided, walking around to the stalls and then later at night watching in the background, glimpses of other fireworks from Penrith, Holroyd and I think it always looks like Parramatta Councils (from a distance). I am sure everyone that everyone from within Mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs enjoys every moment of witnessing the beautifully colourful, strategically and orchestrated fireworks display!
