Jean-Francois Svoboda Remember it is Temporary - reviewed for next year - Our 'Chewing Gum' Mayor is doing this for publicity only - Labor had not fully kept the pool maintained properly before- they let it run down! The patronage may be high in the beginning then it will go back to being low again - Rate payers money is wasted - Emerton is close and convenient public transport is reasonable. Former Federal Member for Chifley, Roger Price's son wants multistory buildings in the same area!
In a couple years time, tax payers and rate payers money will be wasted. 3 pools within a vicinity of 3km radius - Doesn't our 'Chew Gum Mayor' know that? Next thing he will is re-open the water works that was in Mount Druitt before - closed more than 10 years ago!
