Wow! Well done to the Mayor of Blacktown City Council, Mr. Stephen Bali and his staff for providing Mount Druitt and all its community people a tall lit up Christmas Tree, in Mount Druitt Town Square.We all understand how Council treats this as an important festive season for us to enjoy the birth of baby, Lord Jesus, for a majority of Christians around Mount Druitt.
I wasn't aware that we had a Christmas tree in Mount Druitt before and didn't know we had a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony each year as well. I wonder how many other community members oblivious to the Mount Druitt Christmas tree, like I was before?
