Lights Are Left On Westfield Mount Druitt - Day Time!

This morning walking past the North Car Park, at Westfield Mount Druitt in between Rashays and and Coles entrance, lights were left on. This was at least one hour after  early dawn broke, it happened just after 7am.
 
This is not major health issue, but when we think of  'used' wasted energy. This is something that needs to be addressed immediately and properly. Furthermore, the more energy costs are incurred by Westfield Mount Druitt, they relay these costs, to their *242 customers ( their tenants - all retail outlets) and their customers raise the cost of their goods and services to the community. So we suffer!

It might simply be a timing device for the Westfield car park lights to be switched off, at an earlier time. Maybe the Westfield Management or Maintenance Department, may not realise this occurs.
