I sometimes have been wondering whether taking photo's and or video's in public is not legal or is it legal. Personally, common sense prevails.
If it is a personal photo, I normally ask to get permission but thanks to 2770 Face Book Group, I have learned how this works now:

So, I feel more comfortable, happy and satisfied that what I think I'm doing, when and where I'm taking the video and/or photo it legally alright. I never go on 'Private Property', without permission with relation to taking photo's/videos.

Whilst the world turns inimically to Greece, to pay their debts or seek ways get out of their debt to lift up their economic situation. With a population of around 11,000 million, it appears that a small amount of their population of 112 people in the last week have been visiting 'whyilovemountdruitt' with such interest.
This could mean that Greek people could be looking outside of their country to find resolutions, finding a great strong economic preform that will bring them on the world forefront of prosperity. Maybe, some are using social media to relax in the hard times an maybe 'whyilovemountdruitt' could be for them, 'whyiloveGreece'!
Before the 112 visits this weeks, we only had 6 visits!

Yes, I was told by a secretary of a local Catholic Parish that when she went on a retreat recently, she met someone from outside of our area, but visited the area spotting a man with 'Whyilovemountdruitt'
T- Shirt.
This is strange as I believe this person has probably been wearing it for just over half a dozen times. So the silent message he is sending to others, must be seen by hundreds by now. I believe he would eventually like the people of Mount Druitt to each walk around in the same type of shirt. This is a long term goal.

A new migrant that has arrived in Australia, Quentin from North Mount Druitt is currently unemployed and finds that speaking English is alright. It is courses in writing in English that he needs assistance in, understanding for basic needs. At present, there are courses at TAFE but they do cost between $1,300- $1,600 per annum.
'When you are unemployed, this is a heavy cost to have, on top of living expenses.' He thinks Australian Government should provide a course like this for new Australians!'
I explained to him that around 50 years ago, European migrants entering Australia, were provided with free English speaking and writing 'Night Classes', as a majority were working throughout the day. Maybe the Australian Government could consider this, as an initial way of providing assistance, to make these people literate.
It appears Westfield Senior Management are only selecting Westfield Parramatta for free Wifi, so customers can use their mobile phones and note pads, research shopping items and make their purchases.
Westfield Mount Druitt is left out in the dark again, slow progress will come to the people of Mount Druitt. We ask Westfield Mount consider providing free Wifi to the people of Mount , so they keep up to sttanards.

We understand that The Mayor of Blacktown City Council, Councillor Stephen Bali is considering every option and making sure all the boxes are ticked before Blacktown City Council may provide donated funds to support the promotional video, 'Made In Mount Druitt'.
I'm also looking at an option at raising funds as well to see if they can get another video completed and shown.

Mount Druitt is full of good and great stories that are happening from within each house, from neighbour to neighbour and communitnd community.
Tonight we have something to tell you that a majority of community members are not aware of. The Samoan community have body a group of Elders patrolling hot spot areas in and surrounding Mount Druitt right through to St Marys.
Apparently,
they travel in groups of at least six and from Hassal Grove, Plumpton, Rooty Hill, all suburbs within Mount Druitt right through to St Marys. They patrol at night both men and ladies to look after the Samoan youths, to make sure that they are not disturbing the community and stay at peace at night.
Channel 9 was filming this group as you will see yourself as this group has been doing this for 10 years. This is good that these 'Elders Patrol' are making sure the young representatives of the Samoan community do not get themselves in trouble, especially if they are out at night walking around the streets!
This morning it was cold in Mount Druitt around Meacher Street and William Mason Reserve, North Mount Druitt. There was frost on every blade of grass to be seen.
I always say that although people say it is a cold winter, ' It is a real winter cold day, when there is heavy frost on the grass'! And here it was today!
