The other night we have alight out in Dawson Mall , Mount Druitt, which happens from time to time. Usually Blacktown City Council pick up on it pretty quickly! The funny thing thing is, I'm pretty sure that they were out there recently to replace light bulbs.We hope that Blacktown City Council attend to this soon! We understand that this happens and is time consuming to change these light bulbs, maybe someone has another idea that can be used instead?
