Emerton Shops Need a Face Lift Both Inside And Outside - Maybe Looks Should Be As Good Like Plumpton Shopping - Whyilovemountdruitt Face Book Group!

So when members of the 'whyilovemountdruitt' face book group make suggestions for a major change to happen within our area, I want to support such positive strong improvements.  So  I have taken pictures of Emerton Shops on the outside and back - the current appear is there. It is up to our local Councillors to do something about it and Council officers to plan for the future. Here is the Face Book group suggestion:

My goal for 'why I love Mount Druitt' Face Book Group' is to grow the group membership to about 100 by end of year. There are ma ny types of local 2770 and local historical Face Book Groups and out of all of them this has the smallest membership (74 members as of now) - for which I am happy I'm also hoping that visit to the website would reach 65,000 - who knows? What is all your positive wishes for Mount Druitt this year?

Kelly Kel Kelz Id love to see Emerton shops get a proper make over.

Jean-Francois Svoboda I've been there quite a few times it does need an uplift in make over - I wonder what your ideas would be to revamp it? How would you suggest to our community what it really needs?
Kelly Kel Kelz
Kelly Kel Kelz A more modern look, im hopless at design and decorative ideas lol. Make it look more like plumpton market place.
Jean-Francois Svoboda
Jean-Francois Svoboda That's a simple and great comparison - let the word spread - I'll publish a blog on it and if you would like to add comments on it and get others to do so that will be great - give me 2-3 weeks to organise one as I will need to go out there and take photo's and maybe get feedback from others!
Kelly Kel Kelz
Kelly Kel Kelz That sounds awsom
Here are the pictures taken today:

You will notice, graffiti on just about every open wall and brick building. The shopping Centre is all over the place and the re is no proper entrance leading to Poppondetta Road, Emerton. All buildings are separate and there is this dingy lane way that leads a pedestrian exit  to no where!
