Pedestrian Foot Crossing Required At Corner Of Hyatts Road and Wood Stock Avenue Rooty Hill/Plumpton!

We have another access crossing without access crossing marks/markings. The intersection of  Hyatts Road and Woodstock Avenue Rooty Hill/Plumpton there are indications for a pedestrian access, there is also a cut walk way on the median strip, allowing  for pedestrians to walk, but pedestrians are not allowed to walk over legally. 
 
To compliment this request, there is a foot access crossing between East and West of Duke Street towards Woodstock Avenue, which carries most probably lesser traffic, thus the pedestrian access crossing we are requesting to make the community safer, is warranted. We kindly request that Council provides this necessary improvement for the community of Rooty Hill/Plumpton?
