I wonder if people/businesses will place their hand up and actually do it. Starting to talk about it is the first thing, action it , will be the next thing. Here is it is:

This
is some thing a cousin of mine organised in Victoria . Thus makes me
very proud of her , She organised free hair cutting for the homeless and
disadvantaged. The gesture was hers from the start and amazing results.
If we could only do the same here for some of our people, you never
know, a touch of kindness and a bit of spruce may help them back in to
main stream society and remove some of that frown they often get.
