I do keep an eye on the market to see how real estates determine house prices with both sellers and buyers. I knew after the Sydney Olympics year (2000) that house prices will go up - but it has happened gradually, since then. Obviously, once the market goes down it is bad for investors but good for buyers and that is how the market goes - when it goes up buyers need for money and buyer want more money. The question is who makes the market - to me the Real Estate agents guide the market
