Councillor Jacqueline Donaldson's Face Book Support Comments Keep On Coming In!

As previously reported about Ward 5 Councillor Jacqueline Donaldson from Blacktown City Council, has resigned yesterday from The Liberal Party.

Community members from all over Mount Druitt are

  1. Mayumi Fernando I'm sorry to read your decision Councillor Jacqueline Donaldson. But I respect it. You have been one of the stalwarts of the party for a long time. Sometimes, one has to stick to his principles.

  2. Jean-Francois Svoboda It is with sadness that you have told us publicly of your decision - I have known you for almost 6 years doing the right thing for Blacktown Liberals , especially in Ward 5. A lot of people in Ward 5 know you are a strong Councillor and even local Labor Party people have told myself why they have voted for you in the past. I've never known you to racist , neither now, in the past nor would I think you would do it in the future. I offer my strong support to you and offer you other Liberal colleagues blessings as Councillor Jacqueline Donaldson has been a strong supporter for Mount Druitt Commuters Improvement Group Inc. and had a such a strong personal increase in vote in Ward 5 as a returned Liberal Party Member. Liberals will miss her and never Lead Council on their own votes. I hope she contests the next Council Elections in 2016 as an Independent and then wins the Ward 5 seat again!

  3. SJ Aquino My dad used to tell me "they can never put a good man down" more so they cannot put a woman of God down! God bless you, God will exalt you!
  4. Margie Luna Tomas Sis Jacqui i emphatize with you, this is clearly the dirty side of politics, wherein they'll try to bring someone down , because the truth is you are above them ..You are lovely , godly and a woman with strong faith in God , always remember that..We are blessed to have you in the church for so many years and for being a good friend of our family , we love you sis Jacqui ..the Lord is With you
  5. Hazel Magann Oam As a person who has got to know you over the years you have been a "Patron" for Mount Druitt Historical Society" and also a Councillor it is with deep regret that I hear your news. I know that the accusations dealt against you are just that accusations from some petty small and vindictive person. Your character is obvious to all who know you and respect you as a person and family lady. Never doubt you have the fall support of our society and wishes for all of your future endeavours good luck Jacqueline!!
  6. Elsje Thompson Dear dear Jacqueline im so sorry I feel your broken heart im praying for you dear one love you from your friend Elsje Thompson xxxxxxxx
  7. Belinda Wilson Armstrong Sometimes silence can even speak volumes - the Lord will fight for you Councillor Jacqueline Donaldson - from what I know you are furthest from that accusation - you are kind & caring, and I'm glad their are people like you in this world who are willing to stand up for what they believe in! Honesty and integrity - well done.
  8. Amor Sebastian Well, AN ABSOLUTE LOSS FOR THE LIBERAL! Don't they wonder why people in ward 5 keep on voting for liberal? It's not the party but it's you who they have been voting for. Ward 5 is not a liberal friendly area, they should know that!

    I wouldn't expect
anything less from you though. You are a woman of principle and I know you will not compromise!

You are a lot of things but NOT A RACIST, you're a great leader, a wonderful teacher, and a woman of God!
You are kind hearted, compassionate, and generous to everyone EVEN WAY BEFORE PEOPLE IN WARD 5 HAVE VOTED FOR YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

You have helped a lot of migrant communities over the years before you even became a councillor and no matter how they play the racist card on you, no one will believe it.

  9. Sarah Barker So proud of u mum.. stand firm.. love u x
  10. Anna Widiner Learmonth To me to suggest changing the name is racist, not leaving it as it is, a historical name to honour our past. Not to mention the financial aspect ... has anyone priced the cost of changing all those signs, adds, etc not just to council but to private businesses too??

  13. Cesar F. Bartolome I take this development as a very sad one not only for the Liberal Party but specially to the local Filipino-Australian Community who considered Councillor Jacqueline Donaldson as one of its own her being a grandma to a lovely boy who's got the blood of a Filipino. We shall continue to hope and pray that your decision was a result of the values you have been espousing that earned the respect and admiration from our community. We further hope that you will truly be an independent councillor and continue to fight for your principles that brought you to where you are now and that your actions will not be construed as a sell out if not an accommodation for the rival political party. For whatever and wherever this action leads to, I will remain your avid supporter and friend. All the best and God bless.
