Blacktown City Council Must Check Out Other Intersections That Need To Be Updated For Pedestrian Safety!

Whilst we, in Mount Druitt have had an approved NSW RMS pedestrian crossings update to better protect pedestrians and reduce a risk of a crash Luxford Road, North Mount Druitt.

We must seek Council to investigate what other updated intersections must be included as part of the 560 mentioned in the Letter from NSW RMS .

If we look at NSW Councils - there are currently 152 Councils, so doing the sums you will work out on average there is 3.6 pedestrians crossings that require the pedestrian update. So by doing this in bulk might also save money! This is just a suggestion for Blacktown City Council to follow up on!
