Welcome To Liaocheng - Blacktown City Council Sister City - Of Which Mount Druitt Is Part Of......

This is a great educational video that Blacktown City Council have just uploaded on Youtube which I commented as follows:
"I think it is a great video with our sister city and yet  they have 20 times the population we have and have so many modern improvements which I would like that to be matched in Mount Druitt part of Blacktown local Government Area - We can learn so many things from them."

I would like to see a similar promotional video that can be used for students, community members and tourists. Maybe Blacktown City Council could consider this!

How many people out there knew we have a sister city? and how many know one of them is Liaocheng, China?
