We have reported holes in the ground, parks and pathways and broken drains. Now we are reporting that there are holes in a kerb that need to be attended to as soon as possible. I noticed this was like this for over 14 months and yet my idea was to see how Blacktown City Council does its community audits on Council owned roads.
You can blatantly see that if someone trips, falls over this incomplete kerb that there is a risk to the community's health and safety.
I know that once this blog is published, they will attend to it as quick as possible, especially when it is a public issue! We need to raise the importance on community infrastructure maintenance, being checked regularly. It really should not come from the public community to notify Council, but it is and this blogspot will be a voice for community improvements for the people.
This blogspot is created to try and get a great atmosphere of what Mount Druitt is all about. Also to provide photographic details of improvements in the area. We encourage all community members to add comments. Stories from community members, thoughts and comments. Send any information you would like, to advertise that you love of Mount Druitt, that is for the common good of all who live or visit the area. Become an author and publish blogs..
