Happy Easter To All As We Celebrate The Resurrection Of Jesus Christ

Easter is a christian celebration of the time Jesus died on the cross for us sinners. The resurrection of when Jesus died is the true symbolic way that  he left our earth to be risen again, based on scriptures of the followers of Jesus.

It is a good time to repent for our sins and pray that we lead our lives through a better life, in the way and true life of God. The Christian festivity  starts  each year  anywhere from  21st March 2019 until 25th April 2019, on the first Sunday, after the  first full moon following the northern spring *equinox.

Catholics celebrate the  Easter Triduum starting with Holy Thursday night - commemorating the  'Last Supper' of Jesus Christ, on the night of his betrayal and Jesus washing of the Apostles feet.

Following is the 'Stations of The Cross' on what is known as "Good Friday" - prayers dedicated to 14 Stations of the cross that depicted event event as Jesus is condemned to his crucifiction and  burial

Also on '"Good' Friday", is the celebration of the 'Veneration of the Cross' - The clergy and congregation approach a cross or crucifix one by one, and offer a gesture of respect to all that it represents. This gesture usually includes kneeling or bowing before the cross and then kissing it.

'Holy Saturday' is the day in the Christian liturgical calendar that celebrates the 40-hour-long vigil that the followers of Jesus Christ held after his death and burial on Good Friday and before his resurrection on Easter Sunday.

*An equinox is commonly regarded as the instant of time when the plane of Earth's equator passes through the center of the Sun. This occurs twice each year: around 20 March and 23 September. In other words, it is the moment at which the center of the visible Sun is directly above the Equator.

Lets hope that everyone enjoys the gifts of Easter Bunny, small children, children and families, Happy Easter.
